June has brought us a fair amount of rocky weather. Our friends in Oklahoma City had another flood. Texas is having an unusually HOT start to the summer. I've already lost count of how many 100 degree days we've had and no rain. Missouri has had its share of rain as Ohio with some twisters. Hope everyone has continued to survive the weather. The off-shore oil derrick explosion (oil disaster) in the Gulf of Mexico has taken most of the attention away from the medical reform act that continues to quietly change around us. Physician reimbursement is the current issue.

We, the Board of Directors at NAHUC, are continuing to keep everyone informed of the changes we believe are necessary to make the association viable in the 21^st century. I personally encourage everyone to check the website and review the by-law changes to be voted on in August.  Click here to view the bylaw changes. NAHUC has again expanded our membership by leaps. We need to wait on the bounds. When we hit the 2000 members, we'll shout LEAPS and BOUNDS! You can earn NAHUC Bucks with each new member you recruit.
