NAHUC Poster Contest
The objective of this annual
event is to have a poster designed by health unit coordinators for the next
year’s NAHUC Health Unit Coordinator Day poster. By participating in the Poster
Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and agree to release
and hold NAHUC harmless from any losses, damages, rights, and claims. NAHUC
will take care in handling all submissions, but will not be responsible for any
lost, stolen, or damaged submission. The winning entry becomes the property of
NAHUC and is not returned. The right to modify the poster for reproduction
and/or sale is reserved by NAHUC.
Contest Rules
1. NAHUC
members, Institutional Providers, Chapters, or a Region can participate. This
can be a group or individual project.
2. Poster
size: 11" x 17" - No other
sizes will be accepted into the contest.
3. The
poster design should represent the health unit coordinator profession.
4. Please
notify the Program Chairperson two weeks before the conference in order to be
entered in the contest.
5. The
poster has to be formally presented at the national education conference. The
presentation should include a brief (one-two minute) description of how the
poster represents the health unit coordinator profession.
6. The
designer(s) of the winning poster will have to sign permission to release their
poster to NAHUC. NAHUC may reproduce the
poster with the NAHUC logo and address, promote the poster for Health Unit
Coordinator Day, and make it available for a donation to NAHUC.
NAHUC reserves the right to
not produce the winning poster.
Voting takes place after the
poster presentation at conference.
